Charges

Apart from offering you customer service that is second to none, we are also aiming to provide superb value for money. We operate on a time plus materials basis.

Same rates apply for all our services including Plumbing, Electrical, Decorating, Handyman.

• £55 call-out charge (first 30min) and
• £35 each half an hour after that
• £340 Daily rate Monday - Friday.

• £90 call-out charge (1hrs) for CC zone.
• Emergency call out £260 per hour. 
• Urgent call out £225 per hour. (Within 24hrs) 

There are no any hidden charges and NO VAT!

We offer 1 hour consultation charged at £90 for tasks and projects you are not sure what would be best solution.

Any other times except Sundays and Bank Holidays the above call-out rates increase by 50%. Materials, congestion charge, tool hire and parking are charged only where applicable. For any bigger projects and survey please contact us for an estimate. We charge £55 for the visit but we will refund this charge if the work finally undertaken is worth more than £690.

Prepayment it is not essential, but full settlement at the end of the call-out is required. Please note that there is a £55 charge where a cancellation is made within 36 hours of the appointment!

All our work is guaranteed and for additional protection we carry £1, 000, 000 public liability insurance.
